«SAVOLA FOODS CIS» LTD is the first industrial investment of the GROUP which is producing sunflower oil. The factory initiated in April 2002, completed in only 18 months and started to produce sunflower oil in September 2003.
Factory which was built in Aktobe has 81.000 m2 of total area and 8500 m2 of closed area.
The factory can process 240 tons of sunflower seed in a day and it has a capacity of 100 tons of refinery unit.
In the refinery, Sweden — Alfa Laval technology has been used and the filling technology is from Italy.
Raw oil unit has a 75.000 tons of oil seed process capacity.
Regions of Aktobe and Uralsk have been encouraged to plant seeds. And it has become an important business for the farmers of those region.
